Cameco Corporate Headquarters
Cameco’s corporate headquarters for 300 staff features 122,000 sq. ft., useable area, as well as 67 stalls in the underground parkade; 268 surface parking stalls, paved and powered; cafeteria; fitness centre; and training suite. Cameco also has four satellite office locations in Saskatoon (3 owned; 1 leased); for a total office space including corporate HQ of 260,000 s.f.
The facilities staff of 27 is responsible for administrative and facilities services for 600 staff and contractors in all Saskatoon premises.
Why IFMA?
Downtown revitalization initiatives currently underway will return 11th and 12th avenues (from Broad Street to Albert Street) and the 1800 blocks of Lorne and Cornwall (between 11th and 12th Avenue) are to two-way traffic; create an open-air plaza in the city centre; create a new transit transfer point; and improve Albert Street.
