Downtown revitalization initiatives currently underway will return 11th and 12th avenues (from Broad Street to Albert Street) and the 1800 blocks of Lorne and Cornwall (between 11th and 12th Avenue) are to two-way traffic; create an open-air plaza in the city centre; create a new transit transfer point; and improve Albert Street.
